All Bespoke Chocolates products are hand-crafted and made to order for you by an artisan chocolatier using the highest-quality ingredients sourced from around the world. On this page you will find a sampling of some of our most popular chocolates, but our chocolatier is always developing new flavors and creating small batches of seasonal favorites. 		Pretzel-Covered Sea-Salted Caramels One of Time Out New York's Top 100 Tastes and Winner of the 2008 Golden Scoop Award for Best Confection! A crisp chocolate shell encases silky, creamy, sea-salted caramel. We hand-roll each piece in 66% cocoa content chocolate, then cover it in a crunchy layer of delicious Martin's Pretzels, fresh from the Union Square Greenmarket.
		Espresso Domes All the intensity of chocolate-covered espresso beans, delivered in a smooth ganache, enrobed in rich milk chocolate with a swirl of dark chocolate.
		French Milk Chocolate More complexity than you’d expect from an unadorned milk chocolate ganache. This bonbon eschews super-sweetness in favor of 40% cocoa content, but provides all of the milk-chocolate smoothness that you love.
		Chai Spice Rich French milk chocolate, combined with an exotic tea blend of ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
		Hazelnut Praline Hazelnuts and dark chocolate combine with a few sprinkles of sea salt to create an intensely flavored bonbon inspired by the classic hazelnut spread everyone loved as a child, minus the modified palm oil that nobody loves as an adult.
